IP 87.106.11.22 s15219151.onlinehome-server.info is a small part of a large hacker and spam botnet organization, these morons were trolling on the forum this morning with no user agent at all reading threads we publish on Russian spam bot operators.

This IP is running from dedicated hosting and is a known web content scanner bot operation, I would imagine they also crawl websites looking for vulnerabilities so they can plant spam scripts on servers to redirect traffic to virus infested web pages to hijack users computers for their zombie botnets.
