Leaptag is a new tagging web application that runs in your browser, you have to download the app first so you can use it.

Leaptag is now in beta testing, it allows users to share interests by tagging, you can tag websites that interest you and you can invite others interested in the same subjects to join your group so the subject matter is added to via collaboration with others.
